Meet the New Hero on the Front Line — a Fire Truck from New York!

Yuri Rashkin calls: — Hey, I’ve got a friend who wants to donate a fire truck to Ukraine. Any idea what to do with it? — What do you mean, “no idea”? Of course I know! Send it over!

And now, heading our way from sunny Florida, across the ocean, through customs and bureaucracy, comes a combat-ready vehicle — a real fire truck from New York!
It’s being donated to us by our friend Dmitry Friedman, and this beauty already has a new destination — the 413th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion “RAID”.

On board, there’s a sticker that reads:
“In memory of the fallen members of the New York Fire and Police Departments.”

The truck is in great condition: the frame, suspension, engine — everything is working.
But naturally, it needs some upgrades before heading to the front line:

• cabin repairs,

• fixing air leaks,

• oil and lubrication work,

• replacing highway tires with off-road ones for front-line use,

• reworking the back of the truck — maybe even fitting a rocket launcher?

This is already the third fire truck we’re sending to the front:

• The first went to reconnaissance at the start of the war.

• The second — to the 48th Separate Assault Battalion.

• And the third — now to a battalion of unmanned systems.

We are launching a fundraising campaign to cover the repair, maintenance, and delivery of this fire truck to Ukraine!

The amount is €5,745.
